I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Akamai (Bengaluru) in Apr 2017
Interview
2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, 1 director round and finally hr. Process took 3-6 weeks. Hr people are worst in akamai. I went 3 times their office to complete the interview process, i cleared 5 rounds of interview, they even asked me to fill out employment form but hr was very rude, she didn't even want to pay 30% hike even i consistently said in each interview round that i was looking for more salary since my financial condition wasn't good. Director said you don't worry about salary we pay well. But didn't receive offer when i called hr said they given offer to someone else. How unprofessional it is. Don't join Bangalore office worst hrs are there.

Interview
I applied to their role on their website and a recruiter reached out to me to schedule interviews with the hiring manager and other members of the team. The interview process was drastically shortened for me because the hiring team wanted to fill the position very quickly, So the entire interview loop lasted only a week and a half.
the interviews consisted of a behavioral with the hiring manager and a hackerrank technical with a engineering team member.
