We understand that candidates need to go through multiple rounds of interviews. This is by design so that candidates get a chance to understand the team members and management potentially they would work with. It also gives them an opportunity to understand different perspectives, client portfolios and chance to ask questions. Also, we try and keep all interviews on the same day if scheduling permits. Feedback from all the managers is collected to decide which team the recruiter would fit the best. Our hiring process is very transparent through-out the cycle.
