The interview process was not organized, and at times, extremely confusing.
The initial phone screen was ok, but much of it was scheduled on-the-fly. When I asked for more details about the position, many of the answers I was given were vague and general. The second interview was scheduled by my recruiter without confirming my availability. I also did not receive much information about the context of the second round of interviews. It felt like I was flying in the dark before (to prepare) and during the second interview, not really knowing what my interviewers were looking for and only being able to infer based on very broad information in the job description.
In order to set candidates up for success, more respect, preparation, and clarity from Alameda Alliance needs to be integrated into the interview process. It was chaotic on my end.
