Interview
I applied for Electrical engineering position in Aloca after 2 weeks i got a call from them saying my resume is short listed for Reliability engineer as they though my resume good for this position and asked me to apply for this job by sending the position link . And they scheduled a Phone interview with a panel of 3 engineers 2 Sr. Reliability engineers and 1 mechanical engineer. They told me about the company for 15-20 min and later asked about my self . That is all they asked me "Tell me about yourself" They did not have any thing to ask me so i took the initiative told them about my back ground and my education in detail and they had some question in between about the career and in the I end asked them for a feed back back about the interview. They had the mic in mute and said they really liked me and they pushed me to the next round. they will be a plant tour. Later they took me out for lunch asked me few generic question. And after that a 3 member panel sat and asked me some more generic question. And few questions related to my resume and only my intern experience no question related to the subject.
