I recently had the privilege of interviewing for an internship opportunity at Alcon, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into their offices, I was impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the Alcon team. The interview process was well-structured, allowing me to showcase my skills and experiences while also learning more about the company's values and mission. The interviewers were not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely interested in understanding my background and aspirations. They asked insightful questions and provided clear explanations about the internship role and the company's expectations.
They were friendly during the interviews, but they never clarified how many stages the process included. Even when I asked, I didn’t receive an explanation of what to expect. After completing several rounds, they ghosted me.
I applied online. I interviewed at Alcon in Feb 2025
