It is not normal for me. The Interviewer just introduce the Company for me for half an hour, and I got the offer. By the way, the interviewer ask me a question that "How to get a useful data from a database which stores a period of calling in a particular group of user?"

The phone interview will mostly organized by the P7, so you should be honest about what you know and what you do not know.... Also, after the phone interview, you could try to ask whether you would pass the interview....
