I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Alight Solutions (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2021
Interview
You have a one-on-one first-round interview with someone from HR. Then, if they liked you there, they invite you to a Super Day-style interview session.
You have 5 interviews meeting a total of 10 people in two-on-one sessions from all sides of the company to see who likes you. Then the management does some infighting for what candidates they want, they only hire for Jan. and July which is why they fight for new hires. There is a presentation on Workday that they ask you to make, the guidelines are VERY vague, just show that you understand what Workday is and know that it is a cloud-based HR, Financials, and Data-integrity tool used to simplify menial tasks through implementing business processes. After that, they take about a month to get back to you and then they make decisions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The style is more about pitching you the company, they are smaller than most of their competitors, and it shows in the Comp. just a heads up for those of you who are looking to get in. They will offer you sign-on bonuses and plenty of perks if you play hardball around the offer.
Most of the questions that I was asked were going through my resume because there are so many interviews and they only have you for about 30 minutes each, you will be responding to a lot of the same questions just to a lot of different people.
