The process included a phone interview, a video interview, a lengthy aptitude test, a video interview regarding the aptitude test, and then an in-person interview with four individuals. They kept me waiting almost two whole months after the in-person interview without any substantive updates. After all that, they told me they wanted someone with more experience.
