Interview
Three total rounds of interviews.
First was a screening call with the recruiter which was very straightforward and pleasant.
Second round was a one on one with manager that consisted of two small coding challenges and some standard interview questions.
Last round was a group interviews with managers and tech leads that was similar to the second round. Then lastly a culture fit with the team I would be working on.
Overall everything moved very fast and everyone was friendly.

Interview
The first two interviews were extremely pleasant.
The final interview was with the team, two of which were distracted the entire time. I saw youtube on the army guy’s phone, which was very distracting to me personally.
The internal cultural vibe I received was not pleasant, and I was rejected on the spot (which I did appreciate).
