I applied on indeed and immediately received an email asking me to come in to their office during regular business hours to fill out an application. The email asked me to bring my social security card and drivers license to "speed up the hiring process" and to set aside one hour for the process. When I showed up I was shown to an office and a huge stack of paperwork was set down in front of me. They scanned my DL and SSC and I spent the next two hours filling out every single form imaginable; including employment eligibility forms, W-4, I-9, policies and procedures, you name it. When I finished one of the office managers asked me to watch a set of training videos which took at least another hour. When I was finished with that she called me to her desk and asked when I could start. There was no interview, there was no drug test, she told me to show up the next day in uniform at 7am and that was that. I had to call later to find out exactly what I had been hired for and how much I would be paid. This was by far the most unprofessional and disorganized job interview I have ever been to. If I hadn't been offered the position I would have been very sketched out by the fact that they require your private personal information up front with little to no explanation of anything.
