The interview process consisted of four distinct phases: An initial phone interview with HR A technical interview with the local team A home assignment to showcase technical skills A technical interview with the team from abroad The entire process was well-organized and efficiently completed within a week. Each phase was handled promptly, with smooth transitions and clear, timely feedback provided at every step. The experience was both professional and supportive, making for a positive and engaging interview journey.

The interview process took around 2-3 weeks. It was a multi-stage process. First I have a nice discussion with a developer from the team, about my past and current projects, and my career orientation. After, I was required to solve a technical challenge and show my solution in 2-3 days. This was followed with 2 more technical discussion with members of the team where I had to share my work experience, my technical challenges in my past projects. From this discussions I was also able to get a better knowledge about the ways of working and expectations.

It was interview with team lead of Salesforce team, Yosi. Israel, Rosh HaAin. I think it was the best interview in my life. Why? Attitude, disposition, openness, professionalism. I would really like to work with this person and in his team and I’m really sorry that I gave up on the HR process.
