Unbelievable, this was the 3rd time they've been in touch with me, because I would be a great fit. I totally agree with that oberservation. But being in talks with them, it turned out that they are - one the one hand - looking for the best senior AE's one can find, one the other hand they come up with the perkiness of offering a salary way under the market average! On attempt #3 they've promised, everything has changed, but ... no... same peanuts on offer.
