I applied online and then about two weeks later I was offered a webcam interview. Then I never heard back from them, but I know many other people who went on to formal interviews and had offers.

Applied through school for coop. The interview itself was on campus at a designated time and place. Did not need to contact the company once I was granted an interview.

Interview
I applied online and within days received a request for an online video recording of myself. The questions were prerecorded and you had two minutes to answer them. The day after they sent me an assessment test to be completed. About a week later they called me to request an in-person interview with a three panel group. After this interview there is one more. I am still in the process.
