Hello,
I had my interview on 7/24/2016. The interview process was very organized and overall a great experience. You will first go in as a group and Alexander will start off with a presentation about Allegiant. Alexander will then open the floor for questions and answers. You will then go out to the hallway and wait for the interviewers to rearrange the room around. They will call you back in and split you up into a small group. When you are in your small group you will have to recite a speech, answer a situational question with a partner, tell them how one of their core values relate to you, answer a experience question about your previous work place and tell them your preferred base. You will then proceed to go back outside to the hall and wait for them to decide who they would like to move forward with. They cut about half of the people and the others move forward for a one on one interview. In the one on one they will ask five questions about past experiences and how can they relate to you being beneficial to allegiant airlines. I was one of the candidates that moved forward to a one on one and I can honestly say it was a comfortable atmosphere. The interviewers understand that some maybe nervous so they do their absolute best to keep you comfortable. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I am waiting on my call back to see if I move forward with the company but best wishes to everyone who gets a opportunity to interview with allegiant.

We strive on core values and one is achievement. Can you tell me how achievement played a role in your past experiences?
My interview experience with Allegiant was notably casual and laid-back. Unlike traditional, conservative airlines, Allegiant maintains a relaxed and adaptable environment. I observed that several candidates had previously been unsuccessful in their applications to major airlines. Regrettably, some attendees were unprepared, poorly dressed, and displayed inadequate grooming; some also used coarse language. This was disheartening, and I was eager to depart. If you are looking for a conventional, sophisticated flight attendant role, Allegiant may not be the ideal choice.

Interview
Interview consisted of a group information session about the job, pay, ect. After that we were spilt into smaller groups and we answered a question, recited the announcement they gave up to memorize prior to the interview, and then we completed a group activity. After that those who got to the 1-on-1 interview stage sat in the jumpseat to make sure we could buckle in, and then interviewed with one of the recruiters.
