I applied online, then received an email to the video interview, video interview was a lot easier than previous ones I've done, only a few questions and they give you the option to redo your answer once, on each question. Then received another email inviting me to the F2F Group/ individual interviews at the airport. They give you an announcement to memorize for interview. Be sure to practice, practice, practice it! I had a good month before the interview date so I made sure to practice the announcement as well as look over their website. Went to group interview, met the other candidates, we all signed in and then the recruiters went over Allegiant's company video and we learned more about the airline and our recruiters. They opened up the room to Q&A's, all the reps from Allegiant were super friendly and made you feel very welcome! Then we were separated into two groups, in the group interviews, we were asked to say our announcement, then asked two additional questions in which one we were partnered up to do. From there, we were all asked to wait outside of the rooms while they decided who moved on to the individual interviews, once called back in, we were each called to interview with a recruiter, tested on the jumpseat, and then drug screened right there. The interview process was the best interview process I've ever experienced. It wasn't uptight or stressful to me, everyone was there cheering each other on and wishing the best. I was emailed shortly after to provide references. And then a couple days later, I received a call for CJO and training date! I'm so excited at all the possibilities and cannot wait to see what's next.
