Interview
There will be Total 6 rounds.
• 1st & 2nd will be with Internal Team recruiter – Phone screening and Face2Face Interview.
• 3rd round will be taken by any of the Team Leads or Managers - Stress interview – more of situational questions.
• 6 hours of Half Day Shadow – Where in you will interact with any of the two recruiters on floor – who will let you know about the recruitment process in Allegis group and about various aspects of Allegis group – in this round, they will check your enthusiasm level and interest to learn new things – so ask as much as questions you can and be more attentive what your facilitators communicate to you.
• 4th round taken by DBO (Director Board of Operations) or any of the operational Managers –SAME AS OF 3RD ROUND.
• Final 5th round will be taken by The Head HR – Ali.
Note: There may be slight changes in the rounds – based on the number of candidates to be interviewed for the day.
Structured two stage interview process, with final stage with divisional director. The interview ended with being 'sold out', which was a test of resilience to see how quickly you pushed back.

1st round video call, followed by an on-site half day with team and managers. Very streamlined process. Go through motivations, business process, and see how the job is done on half-day
It was a wonderful experience. Got to know a lot of things. But i wasn't selected. The panel was good. It wasn't so difficult. The questions were ok ok kind
