While the process was good and I went through multiple rounds, but after the final HR round, they ghosted me completely without telling me what happened. There was no response to emails or communication after that at all. It was very disheartening and really unprofessional on the HR's part. If nothing at least drop an email

Two to three telephone interviews (HR then hiring managers/key collaborators) followed by one to two onsite interviews with similar personnel. Questions were standard "why are you interested in the position" or "what makes you a good fit" along with a pre-onsite homework assignment which took one to two hours to complete.

Frankly, I don't think anyone understood the requirements of the role (internally or externally). I found them and the posted job, they did not find me on their own. Requirement was to come in and interview with different tiers of folks- all of whom ask the basically traditional interview questions.
