Interview involves a test where in your are judged for your hands on experience with the Tool/software.
After that Group Panel interview with Design and CAE manager regarding your experience.
Telephonic communication after a week with respect to How am i going to fit in their organisation.
first they will give aptitude and group discussion and technical interview and HR .
Technical , you need to be more practical than theoretical, just use common sense. and it will be enough for you

The interview was waste of time. It was just an eye wash. If you have any reference in that company then you can get in. But the interview process was smooth, you will never know that such recommendations are going.
