Have a guard card? The job is yours. No, seriously. They hire everyone that has a guard card and can pass a drug test. Go online and apply, don't even wait to be called, just go straight to the office you applied to and ask for a walk-in interview.

Previous experience. Although i had zero experience in the security field and was hired on the spot.
It was an online interview you joined and made videos to submit after a video played with questions to answer. Then, I got a call from the site manager and interviewed with them on the phone.

Very easy. Personal experience was that they sat me down, talked about the job, and it was pretty in and out. From there, I had a secondary sit-down with the supervisor at the office I was assigned, we finalized some things, got a permanent job site assigned near home, and that was it.

I received an email asking me to come to an interview. Afterwards, I took the interview and had to do multiple screenings and certificate checks. They are particular about making sure you have all the necessary licenses. If you do not have a specific license, you will go through additional training before starting your job.
