I applied for several jobs online and within several hours, I received an email about wanting to do a phone interview. I emailed my availability to the human resource person and I didn't hear anything from her. Two days later I received a phone call from another person stating he was helping the other person out and wanted to schedule a phone interview for her. I gave my available times to him. The phone interview was on time but she stated she was working from home and if I hear a dog barking in the background to please excuse it. At first her voice was very muffled sounding where I couldn't comprehend her questions and when I informed her, she told me she had an ear piece in; she took it out. During the whole interview process, I was nervous; she asked usual questions--tell me about yourself; what are your goals; strengths & weakness; why should the company hire me. I felt the interview did not go well because of me being nervous conducting a phone interview. She said I should hear something in a couple of weeks so I will see.
