Allscripts Software Engineer interview questions

Very first they had sent call letter as a software engineer position, right then when I had given interview that time also they told software engineer position, I cleared Interview and they sent employment form also. When I was fillings employment form that time also they told you fill "position applied for" - Software engineer ok but later on they didn't send offer letter. Without sending offer letter only they asked so many documents of my previous employer as well as current employer. I was not having appraisal letter of current employer so I told once you release offer I will provide everything but they forced me to ask my current employer to provide appraisal letter and then you know they have done more than 2 hours meeting and all. Anyway finally they had given me document and I send to them. Now they were saying like position is downgraded as ASE position we will give you as Associate software engineer position etc, even I cleared for SE position but I agreed with Associate software engineer position also because they had foced me to ask documents of current employer but they didn't send me offer letter. She was saying like why you will join us, in between your notice period you will get other offers and you will not join here etc. This is my bad experience with AllScripts. They made me full frustrated. They are only in confusion. So their Worst HR and their management. So now we can think how their working will be there.

1. Recruiter call (chitchat, past experience) 2. Engineer call (past experience, more detailed) 3. Technical interview with 3 engineers 4. One last interview with 1 engineer Overall, the interview process is stress-free. Don't worry too much. Recruiter is very helpful and engineers are extremely nice, they don't ask tricky questions
