Allstate Big Data Engineer interview questions

First, I received a ModernHire automated interview. Then, silence for several months...since I contacted the recruiter previously, I had her email. I contacted her again about a month later and that is when she told me that the position was on hold. Then, a month later, I got an email from an unmonitored mailbox that the hiring manager had cancelled the position all together. Classic case of slow communication and unsure management.
