Applied for the company through Freshers world job portal.First round was online aptitude and English.As i cleared that round,i was asked the before day to come to Bangalore in order to attend the face-face round from my home-town.But,till now no response from both the sides.Poor management.

Online test followed by GD and then technical and HR interviews
Online round is easy. For the GD, you need to prepare on expressing your own views on the given topic( (topic is very much based on general knowledge or your own social understanding. The interviewers are friendly and supportive and they judge you on your understanding of things and approach towards a problem. Be confident in your knowledge.

Interview
I got the opportunity through Referral. First Round was a written test including 55 question in 60 mins, 40 were apti(mainly from Indiabix) and 15 technical. Paper was easy, not very tough to crack.
It was followed by Group Discussion. GD was held in groups of 9 andon average 4-5 per group qualified it. Then It was followed by Technical cum MR. and finally HR round.
For the technical round go through your project. I was asked a lot of questions from my project And also from the skills those I mentioned in Resume.
