Interview
Starts as a phone interview and the the last step is a face to face interview. After they allow you to spend some time in the office with adjuster to ask questions and to get the feel of what the job is all about.

Explain a time when you had an upset customer and how did you address it?
Very thorough, but friendly. They do ask the common interview questions using the STAR method and then go through the job responsibilities and training schedule. They answered any questions you may have that were not apparent in the job listing.
Too many interviewers on Zoom to focus on questions being asked and who was asking. Very distracting from the whole interview process. I wish they gave an interview rating or a reason as to why I was not chosen

Smooth managers was understanding. They understood my experiences with previous employers. I will work three again, I just left because I had to move out of country for a while.
