Question 1
I was given a table that showed box offices sales for different movies and asked to answer various analytical questions and explain how I came to those answers.
The first round is a video record interview which is short and easy. The second round is a technical interview with two senior actuaries. The problems are a bit hard and not really related to actuarial knowledge.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2019
Interview
Two fairly painless interviews. The first was 1 hour, and the second was three hours. I had four interviewers (two pairs of two) for the hour-long interview, and then four more interviewers for the second interview. The interviews were well-structured and quite down-to-earth. There was no pre-recorded video interview, which I appreciated-- everything was in person or through a video call.

Interview
Was mainly asked to analyze some hypothetical situational data, provide insight and answer some questions on the data. Briefly went over my resume. Very nice recruiters. Obtained interview from college recruiting.
