Interview
The interview was low pressure. First was a phone interview to gain a better understanding of my goals and what I wanted out of an internship, second was an in office interview.
There were 2 interviews spread out over about 5 weeks near the end of first semester. It was fairly easy. First was with direct manager and second was with head of the department.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Allstate (Northbrook, IL) in Mar 2012
Interview
The interview process went by very quickly. I was contacted by the recruiter, and then I was asked to interview with the person I would report within 4 hours. I think it made it somewhat difficult to prepare for the interview. I know they probably do that on purpose to only get the most qualified candidates, but I would have liked more notification that I had to interview so quickly!
