I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Northbrook, IL) in Dec 2018
Interview
It started with a phone screen that comprised of a handful of pre-recorded questions asking for a variety of basic information about my experiences. About a week after I completed the phone screen, I was invited to to a 45 minute video interview with a current LDP. That comprised of a lot of questions about my experiences as well as several behavioral questions. About a month after that, I was invited to the final interview day at the headquarters in Northbrook which I was flown out for. This was an all day event consisting of an overview of the program, a case study, lunch, Q&A panel with current LDPs, and a final interview. I received a call a week later that I was not being extended an offer.
