I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Allstate
Interview
A simple in-person interview, I've talked to 4-5 people. Few behavioral questions, few technical questions and a case study. They just wanted to see how you think. At the end, they leave room for you to ask questions.

Question 1
Few technical questions, few behavioral questions and a case study (they just want to see how you think)
total two rounds. HR call and manager interview. Everything is smooth and questions based on your résumé. Not too much behavior question. Interviewers are nice and patient. Got an offer within a week.

Question 1
Introduce yourself, ask questions based on your resume
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate in Sep 2024
Interview
First I was asked to complete a HireVue interview (unlimited amount of time to record yourself, very relaxed and easy to complete). Then I was invited to do a 45 minute virtual interview with two actuaries which was kind of like a case study.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself and why do you want to work for Allstate
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2024
Interview
First round is a strange "virtual interview" with an AI agent/prompts. Questions asked were very basic, and along with the job description, suggests the office focuses more on basic statistical methodology rather than modern methods.
