I got an email the day after submitting my application online with an invitation for a phone interview. The phone interview took place about a week later. It consisted mostly of me talking about my leadership and work experiences during college. The interviewer praised my leadership abilities and experiences, only for me to receive an email the day after saying I was no longer being considered for the program.

Interview
Behavioral interview with two interviewers. It was fairly routine and lasted about 45 minutes. They asked at least two or three questions about how I handle working with difficult people or bosses.

Interview
I went to the career fair and I got an on-campus interview with Allstate for Leadership Development Program. The next day I went to the interview. There was one interviewer who asked many behavioral questions. I also presented a case study to her explaining my thought process.

Interview
Applied through campus recruiting. I had one phone interview and then an in-person interview on campus. The in-person was 1:1 and very relaxed. I was asked a few behavioral questions and had to solve a case study.
