Interview
I applied and didn’t hear back about my application for over a month. I schedule an in person interview within a week of speaking with the recruiter. They made an offer the same day and required me to go to a location to do a drug test within 48 hours. Waiting for my background check took a very long time, the recruiters I worked with were not the best and moved very slow. The interview itself was easy but boring because they only asked STAR type questions.

Interview
I was originally scheduled to interview with 3 attorneys--2 colleagues, 1 superior. I interviewed with 1 attorney. He gave me the job description about 45 minute brief and asked about my experiences. In conclusion he informed me I was amongst the first and he and colleagues had other interviews.
