I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Allstate (Vicksburg, MS) in Apr 2023
Interview
The process was fairly easy. I applied on the Allstate website. The same day I received the online assessment, which included listening to calls for accuracy while making sure the satisfaction score stayed above 90% and a most/least like you portion. After taking the assessment, I received an email(the same day/night) from an Allstate recruiter to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. Once the recruiter interview was over and they decide to move forward, you receive another email from a hiring manager to schedule an one hour interview via Zoom. During this interview, the manager asked about my resume and how my prior skills relate to the position applied for. She asked her interview questions and wanted the responses in the STAR format. After these questions, there is a 6 minute video with more information about the position. Lastly, you are allowed to ask any questions you may have. *Always ask questions. Show your interest.
Please do not be afraid to apply for this position even if you don’t have license. They will assist you with getting your license and offer a bonus if you get your them before your start date.

I applied online. I interviewed at Allstate in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process started off easy to schedule the interviewer was prompt. She wasn't very friendly she was very dry, monotone and matter of fact. She spoke when she came in but her eyes never really met mine. She always looked down which she did explain that she would have to sometimes, but she wasn't friendly and approachable I was very nervous and she was very condescending. She only asked me 3 questions. She seemed rushed my appointment was 3pm Central. I knew early on I didn't get it by her body language and after the interview she was like well that's all I have and thank you so much for joining me. Very bad impression.

Interview
Interview was very simple and a great process! only 2 rounds, which were 1 phone interview and final round with Hiring Manager. As long as you can communicate simply and provide STAR method responses to 3-4 "Tell me about a time" questions and you will do great!
