I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Northbrook, IL) in Feb 2014
Interview
I first met with an Allstate recruiter at a career fair. I had seen an online description of the Leadership Development Program, and I was able to speak with a current LDP member who was serving in a rotation coordinating LDP hiring. After speaking briefly with the recruiter, I was asked to interview on my college campus or at the Allstate Home Office. The interview went well, and I was asked to complete a technical interview over the phone. Then finally, I was brought back into the home office for a final round interview with a Vice President.
