I was contacted for an initial phone screening and was asked to provide my availability through a scheduling link. However, after submitting my availability, I received no further communication, even after following up twice.
It's disheartening to dedicate time and effort preparing for a potential interview, only to be met with silence and no explanation. I’m unsure why I was invited to the initial phone screen if there was no intention to follow through. Clear communication, even if it's to inform candidates of changes, goes a long way in creating a positive experience.
