Alpaca Director HR Operations interview questions

Really disappointing experience. As others have mentioned, I was invited for an interview then ghosted once I gave availability (still nothing after follow up). Really bizarre behaviour, it's very easy to simply reject someone on an ATS these days. Why invite, then ignore? It's not hard to do better than this.
