Alpaca Product Design Lead interview questions

No structure, no understanding of UX. Just a bunch of random questions, which aren't necessarily related to design. Didn't leave much time for me to ask my questions and learn about the company as well. Then got ghosted after passing 3 interview stages. Seems pretty consistent with other reviews, which are also full of red flags. Shame I couldn't get a nice offer to use in negotiations with other companies
