The entire process took two months. Over that time I had four interviews witch each of them being thirty minutes or less. I do not know why it took so long. However, that is my only complaint. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. The questions mainly focused on how one works with teams, multitasking, handling stress, and diffusing situations. It seemed better to show your experience with these different things. For this location they also took me to lunch near the end of the process so I could talk to people in the position and I also took a personality test called DISC. Overall it was a great experience and I would have accepted the position, but since there was such a huge gap between when the process started and ended I was unsure if they were truly interested which resulted me in looking for a job elsewhere. If it was handled in a more timely matter I would definitely have chosen this position.
