AlphaGraphics interview questions

Basic interview direct questions on skills. No strange questions like; "if you were an animal what.. "if you could live in a TV show what.." More like "how is your spelling? What programs and skill level and work experiences.

First interview was basic. Owner asked about qualifications and aspirations. Owner took calls during my interview, while I was interviewing. Owner asked for references and consistently asked on my willingness to commit to a long term stay with them. Talked about proper training, in which later I would realize it was a huge lie. Noticed it was a family owned and mostly operated establishment (notice I did not use "business" in my verbiage. I was honestly bewildered by the outcome, I quit immediately after I realized the unprofessionalism and lack of structure in this so called "printing business". As the owner said "people without education see this as a career, people with education have other opportunities"... well if you happen to see this as a career but are fearful for a lack of opportunities (if you don't have a degree) ... DONT STOP LOOKING. THIS is NOT the place you want to park yourself in.
