AlphaSense interview questions

I applied through a referral in Delhi and whole process took around a month. 1st round: Hackerrank test containing question on terraform, aws, kubernetes both MCQ and Subjective. 2nd round: Had a more than an hour call with the peers of the team with 2 interviewers. Questions we again ranging from medium to difficult from the same stack. 3rd Round: Had a call with Team Lead for about 1 hour on some distributed system such as elasticsearch, kafka, Redis, Postgres and questions about cultural and team fit. 4th Round: Had a Call for about an hour with Engineering Head . Again question on and around CI/CD and Kubernetes ranging from medium to difficult. After that HR stopped picking up my Call and email entirely. They ghosted and never reach out on what happened. This is highly unprofessional and disappointing . The least you could have done is let the candidate know and explain what went wrong.
