Utterly horrible interview process, which culminated in a presentation and live case study. Given my experience, it’s clear candidates are given next to nothing in order to prepare for the interview presentation. I did my best with what I had, but when you’re told you’ll be cut off at 20 minutes and expected to know how the platform works without any prep resources, good luck!
They provided feedback that I honestly found offensive. As someone who’s had immense success in my career in sales and account management so far, their feedback was laughable. “Why didn’t you get to know the client at the beginning of the call?”, “ Why didn’t you provide more targeted recommendations?”…. Well? Because I didn’t have enough time to include them! And further, how does one provide real recommendations that are product centric when I’m given no info on what those recommendations and features would be?
The case study- LOL. They have you intently read a slide which you think you’ll have to reference in order to answer the case study. Nope! The slide had nothing to do with it. And once again, you can’t give a good answer to the case study without knowing how the product works.
What a joke. Don’t let them waste your time. You’ll walk away feeling used and offended.
