HR Round - Normal BS questions like background, strength, what does AS do, CV based questions, etc. Case Study - Really arrogant German-American guy asked about some random topic. Initially, he asked about if I give you X amount of money and wanted to invest in Z field then how would you approach it. It felt almost like an interrogation. Then he asked about the business process that I would adopt. Towards the end he asked me the person I would like to call regarding the business idea I had just proposed. Its really important to pick a person that he wants you to pick. And then we had a fake phone call with that person. His associate was playing the role of that person. I haven't seem such an arrogant person in my life-time. He might be even racist. Personal fit interview - Normal BS questions. A lot more focus on your childhood and what your friends think of you. He also asked personal questions about my family. Really negative experience. I was rejected at the 3rd round. I think I was rejected because of the case-study BS.
