AlphaSights Client Services Associate interview questions

Three rounds of interviews. First, is an HR telephone getting to know you better. The Second is an interview with a manager and involves a case study. The third is an interview with a VP and is more behavioral (really goes into resume detail). For the last one I dressed in business professional clothes and the VP interviewing me was in a t-shirt... take that as you will. Overall, okay experience.

I personally got the chance to be interviewed twice. First is the 15-minute phone call interview which covers mostly about your background and the basic understanding of the company's business. To be quite frank, it felt like a rap battle as the recruiter wanted to make sure all questions they have are answered within 15 minutes. It was not difficult but you certainly need a note ready just to keep your mind clear while being bombarded with questions in such fast tempo. Second was the first video interview. Since I applied for the Tokyo office, the interview was split into two part. English and Japanese with questions about your personality traits and your background done in English and about the business in Japanese. For my experience, I did almost 50 minutes being interviewed regarding my experience related to the business in English and used the remaining 10 for a role play. You will be basically have to act as the associate and perform a cold call/vet call.
