Interview
unnecessarily long and difficult interview process for a more simple + entry-level role such as this one. first round interview with the hr manager was the standard "tell me about yourself" interview and lasted for half an hour on zoom. the hr manager was very friendly and seemed engaged in the conversation. the second round was with an associate who was also friendly and engaged. live case studies and behavioral questions that lasted for an hour on zoom as well. the final round interview was technically 2 interviews in 1 (manager then director), although i was told it was supposed be a 15 minute tour of the office and then a 45 minute interview with the director only. this leads me to believe they had already filled the position before my interview and were just wasting my time being that i wasn't given the tour and the director was unfriendly and completely unengaged during my interview. it seemed like they were just trying to get it over with and really did not care about what i was saying in the slightest. the manager was very nice though. a few days later i received an automated rejection email with no feedback, of course. it makes sense why most people i see this in position here quit after less than a year. thanks for wasting my time!
The interview process was okay but I felt like the questions did not really align with the job description. The recruiter was also not very friendly and did not seem like she really cared what I had to say.

Interview
First round interview via phone call, interviewer was rushing through the questions, did not comment on my answers and just moved to the next. She did not seem like she cared or wanted to be there... rushed through everything and hung up the phone before I finished talking. Asked way too much about college courses.... ??
