There are three rounds of interviews and the final interview is a "case" study, in which they give you a business problem that a client has and then ask you to find a few experts who can help the client. As I mentioned before, this just means hunting down people on LinkedIn. There is also a roleplay type of scenario where you pretend to coldcall some expert and answer any questions that they might have. Overall, it gives you a pretty good idea of what your duties as AlphaSights will be
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
