First round interviews are via video conferencing or on campus, second round in person at the office. They are terrible at coordinating the interviews. Its mostly fit-based questions in addition to a "case study" - which basically entails finding advisors online.

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
