Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

Question 1
Competency based questions, language test including interview and conversational skills.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (London, England) in Aug 2016
Interview
So far the process has been sleek and well-organised. The initial online application requires only a CV (no cover letter) and I received a reply within 3 days. I was prompted to answer (in no more than 200 words) three questions about my greatest ever achievement, the hardest challenge / closest I've come to failure and my desired career path. Alongside this, you do a video assessment consisting of 3/4 questions. You have 15 seconds to prepare for each question and 60 seconds to answer. Relatively standard questions, just be yourself.
I'm currently awaiting a reply for this stage, so currently 'No Offer'.
