Interview
Application by handing in my resume. After that it was followed by Email correspondence which contained interview link for video assessment. The process took about 15 minutes. Contains an instruction video that runs through the process and this was very helpful.
A hirevue completed online followed by a behavioral interview over zoom with an HR rep. It was fairly standard behavioral questions and they ask you to describe what the company does.
Very smooth and takes place quickly after application and with a real person which is nice. The questions aim to test your understanding of the work you will be doing and the competitive landscape of the industry.
Process had three rounds: screener, case study, and final, hour long in-depth interview. The recruiter was very transparent and supportive throughout the process and let you know what to expect with each round.
