Interview
It was one of the most defined and stress-free recruitment processes as it did not require me to fill out an incredibly lengthy application form or complete the same tests many other companies request, often which prove very little. I felt that my application was always considered by an actual member of their recruitment team, the process was efficient and communication with the company was always consistent and I received rapid responses.
It consisted of a CV submission, video interview, telephone interview, case-study interview and then final interview. All of these stages had an obvious purpose of testing the candidate in a different way and really required me to think about the different abilities and skills I could offer.
I found the case study and final interview most engaging and that I really got to grasp with what the company stood for and whether I would be a good fit.
After submitting your CV, you will receive an email with the links to a personality assessment and on-demand video interview. Once passed, it will followed by real-time online interview, then a job simulation of a day in the life of a graduate associate.

Question 1
Self-introduction and why I am suitable for the role
Pretty simple. Pay close attention to the information pack they give as this outlines most of the work. Other than that just standard behavioural questions. Try and speak to one of the current team members for better idea of day to day work.
