(The questions i am sharing is about the first process: video assessment. You have to go through with the video assessment via computer or phone. You will given 30 seconds for each question and will be answering for 1 minute. It will end quickly so don’t hesitate while saying. Pop up with tour idea quickly and mkae it clear.)
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by one or more interviews with hiring managers. Questions focused on customer service experience, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and situational scenarios. The process was professional and well-structured, with opportunities to ask questions about the role and company culture.
