Interview
Applied through school's career services and was invited to take a recorded video interview via webcam. The interview was done by a 3rd party called TakeTheInterview and consisted of 6 questions each of which there was about 1 minutes to 1 and a half minutes to answer.
Questions:
1)in your own words describe what alphasights does.
2)why did you choose your school?
3)why did you choose your major?
4)why do you want to work for alphasights?
etc. very basic and nothing unexpected.

none were unexpected. checked glassdoor before interviewing and prepared answers for every question.
very swift and seamless. The interview process was quick and efficient with constant communication for the team and the recruiter as well. I heard back quick after each interview section.
walk through of the resume. basic resume questions. why this role. what skills do u need for this role. why do u think u will be a good fit. what are some technical skills that you have
Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
