Interview
The interview was conducted online and it was an one-on-one process processed by an interviewer from HR. There was one step before the actual interview, where you would record and film your responses to questions in one or more languages depending on which program you applied for. The interviewer asks general questions but there is a number of them that you need to make sure you are prepared for any type of questions.
They would ask you to watch videos of the company, and be assured you are familiar with the contents before the interview.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
